My experience at Door No 18 is always wonderful. I go for a nurturing, relaxing massage and that is exactly what I receive. Phally always listens to my requests and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable. She is delightful - thank you!

Have been receiving weekly LED treatments with the lovely Kimberly - and can i say its been life changing! Such a wonderfully short treatment that leaves you positively glowing. Nothing too stressful on the skin, yet the improvement is quite evident - notably after around the 3rd treatment. Problem and sensitive skin; I'm looking at you - you need this! Add to that the gorgeous backdrop of The Day Spa - and for a mere 20 min its a bit of an escape on your lunch break.

Best spa in Sydney. I love the gym in which this beautiful, luxurious and very clean spa is located. If you get a treatment here, you can use the sauna, steam room, the hot spa and the pool of the gym as well. Phally and her team are amazing. I always feel welcome and relaxed here. I get everything done in this Spa. Eyebrow tinting, spray tan, facials and massages. 5 stars. It’s definitely worth the price!

I had the LED light treatment with Kimberly. I had never tried LED Light treatment at first but had heard about the benefits from friends so gave it a try. I won’t be turning back! I have already noticed a difference in my complexion after a few treatments. Kim makes the experience so enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing, I feel like I am laying on a beach in Bora Bora soaking up the warm sun each time I go.

My first LED treatment with Kimberly was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. My skin was glowing afterwards and refreshed. This is a wonderful treatment for those who wants to have great skin naturally with proven results. Love it! ❤️✨

Highly recommend this spa, especially for eyelash extensions. I have been seeing lash stylist Phally for over two years now and I am constantly impressed with the quality of work and amazing customer care. The lash stylists always take great care of my natural lashes during the application process and the results are wonderful and allow me to solely rely on the lashes for eye makeup until the next refill. After having tried different salons during my initial search and under consideration of my rather sensitive eyes due to daily use of contact lenses, this is my clear favourite go-to place in Sydney.

I've had the LED treatment with Kimberly three times now and absolutely love it! Firstly Kim was amazing and made me feel super comfortable and at ease every time. The treatment is really relaxing and honestly each time I never want it to end. I’ve already noticed a difference with my skin complexion looking and feeling really rejuvenated each time. I’d highly recommend anyone give it a go.

Best Spa in Sydney! I have been to Phally for massage and facials consistently for 2 years now. She is absolutely incredible, always making me feel super relaxed and leave feeling like I am on cloud nine. I couldn’t recommend her treatments and this spa enough.

I have had a few LED light treatments with Kimberly and they are truly amazing! Such a lovely experience, Kimberly is fantastic and the treatment is very effective and relaxing. It feels like a mini holiday, and not only is it a lovely experience but it is also a very effective treatment. I have had acne prone, uneven, dry skin since I was a teenager and the LED light treatment has really improved my skin. It is clearer, brighter, and more even. I have had so many compliments on my skin since I started this treatment and I highly recommed it.

I have been visiting Phally and her team for a number of years and the fabulous service make every treatment here amazing and relaxing. The luxurious surrounds, the smell of freshly pressed cleaned towels every time you lay down for treatment are one of the small things that are important to start a relaxing pampered experience. My favourite treatments are Phally's deep cleansed facial and Omnilux. She is an incredible masseuse and no matter how stressed you are - her signature back massage will leave you feeling totally relaxed. Thank you ladies, keep up the great work and I will see you soon.
